IFCO’s People: Best In Seedling Growing Business

IFCO’s team of highly qualified personnel has unsurpassed depth and knowledge in tree seed, forest genetics, nursery production, and all other aspects of reforestation. This team consists of foresters, geneticists, pathologists, and physiologists who combined have a wealth of reforestation experience and can respond to both small and large landowner needs.

  • Moultrie Operations Manager
  • Attended the University of Montevallo and Jefferson State Community College with emphasis on horticulture. Work background includes nine years growing and managing horticultural operations in central Alabama. Began work with IFCO in 1999 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2002

  • Chief Operating Officer
  • Bell’s forestry career spans more than 33 years. After obtaining a B.S. in Forest Management from the University of Georgia, he began his career with St. Joe Paper Company where he received his first experience in tree improvement and nursery operations. Bell joined IFCO as operations manager of the seed facility, later assuming responsibility for all company operations and sales. He was named vice president in 1982 and President in 1989. With company operations being sold in December, 2002, Bell assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer..
